En desarrollo, al realizar el mvn install del proyecto org.gvsig.geoprocess no se instalan, en el lib del mainplugin, los jar's de:

- org.gvsig.toolbox.algorithm
  - gishur_core
  - gishur_x

Sin embargo, una vez generados los paquetes, si se instalan desde el administrador de complementos, sí se copian.

It happens because these three jars (note that the the first contains all the SEXTANTE geoalgorithms) are compiled, packaged and installed by another project (gvsig-toolbox). However, there's not trace of gvsig-toolbox project in https://redmine.gvsig.net/redmine/projects/gvsig-geoprocess project page, so it could seem that is not a public project... Fortunately, its SVN exists and is accessible publicly: http://devel.gvsig.org/svn/gvsig-toolbox/
So the gvsig-geoprocess project page needs to be updated.

I've executed the mvn install respectively of org.gvsig.geoprocess and org.gvsig.toolbox and effectively you're right: the three above mentioned jars are not installed in the product folder. However, org.gvsig.toolbox.algorithm-1.0.4-SNAPSHOT.jar is packaged correctly under its module target folder, but no relative gvspki or gvspkg.zip file is created.
